Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a community. You will manage service requests, preventive maintenance, staff and vendor activities, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires EPA & CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and OSHA awareness, with on-site responsibilities across the property. Strong customer service and leadership are essential as you maintain facilities, coordinate resources, and ensure timely repairs while adhering

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee daily operations and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate resident/work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and upkeep.
• Manage maintenance inventory and budgeting under Community Manager guidance.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and safety practices.
• Supervise maintenance staff and train team members.
