Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision.

The role requires strong safety knowledge, OSHA compliance, and effective customer service with residents. Regular on-site attendance and coordination with the Community Manager are essential to ensure high-quality upkeep and timely responses to issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee maintenance operations for the community.
• Attend to service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Monitor and document work orders and make-ready status.
• Plan and manage inventory and equipment within budget.
• Respond to on-call emergencies at the community.
• Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff.
