Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team. You will oversee the Make Ready process, handle resident service requests, and ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance across properties.

The role requires hands-on repairs, scheduling, inventory control, and collaboration with the Community Manager. Strong communication and a focus on cost-conscious operations help deliver excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED with OSHA/MSDS familiarity.
• Experience managing a maintenance or service team in multifamily properties.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team; interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Oversee Make Ready process and resident service requests.
• Inspect work to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with policies.
• Manage inventory, budget for maintenance, and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety meetings, reporting, and adherence to code requirements.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain property appearance.
