Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team, perform technical work, and ensure buildings meet safety and appearance standards across our properties. You will manage Make Ready processes, respond to service requests, and uphold quality standards while controlling costs and maintaining inventories.

The role requires weekend availability, a flexible schedule, and experience in apartment maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA standards knowledge.
• Technical degree preferred.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years; manage subordinates.
• 2–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and evaluate performance.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Oversee Make Ready process per policy.
• Diagnose and repair resident service requests and routine upkeep.
• Inspect work for quality and ensure safety and code compliance.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control by efficient parts use.
