RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance for inside and external areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role includes managing staff, coordinating work orders, and maintaining standards across buildings and amenities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA knowledge helpful.
• Experience leading maintenance teams (1–3 years preferred).
• Technical degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team and conduct evaluations.
• Hire, train, and onboard new maintenance staff.
• Oversee Make Ready process and respond to resident work orders promptly.
• Diagnose defects and perform repairs per safety and code standards.
• Monitor contractors and ensure quality, budget adherence, and timely completion.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate supplies with the Community Manager.
