Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property's maintenance team, oversee make-ready processes, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and reliability of building systems.

You will manage work orders, budget for maintenance and capital expenses, and coordinate with the Community Manager to meet company standards while maintaining cost efficiency. Weekend availability and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team and managing employee evaluations.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training new hires.
• Assists in developing budgets for maintenance and capital expenses.
• Ensures safety and code compliance in property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and manage employee evaluations.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires; supervise 'Make Ready' processes.
• Diagnose defects and perform repairs per safety standards and regulations.
