Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across facilities. You will diagnose problems, guide repairs, and coordinate with vendors to maintain property assets.

The role emphasizes supervision, safety compliance, and cost-conscious maintenance practices. Weekend coverage may be required and a 40-hour week is typical.

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and MSDS regulations.
• Technical degree preferred for advanced maintenance roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate the maintenance team.
• Recruit, hire, orient, and train new staff.
• Manage Make Ready process per policy and procedures.
• Diagnose and repair resident-reported issues.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee contractors and vendors; verify work meets specs.
• Assist in budgeting for maintenance and capital expenses.
