Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and optimal functionality while leading a maintenance team and handling service requests.

You will manage the Make Ready process, inspect work, maintain inventory, and collaborate with the Community Manager on budgeting and cost controls, with site hours largely Monday–Friday and occasional weekend coverage.

• Maintenance Supervisors must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to supervise maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance work to meet property standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.
• Lead maintenance team: interview, hire, train, and evaluate; manage the Make Ready process.
• Inspect work and contractors, maintain inventory, assist in budget planning and cost control.
