Job summary

RangeWater Residential seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property's maintenance program, ensuring clean, safe, and functional spaces across buildings and common areas. You will lead the maintenance team, review work orders, hire and train staff, and collaborate with the Community Manager on budgets and preventive maintenance.

The role requires hands-on repair skills, strong safety compliance, and the ability to balance cost control with quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance team and handles Make Ready process from start to finish in line with policies and procedures.
• Diagnoses and repairs defects from resident service requests and routine upkeep while following safety standards and code requirements.
• Inspects work performed by staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality, staying within budget and maintaining inventory.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the property, reporting malfunctions and injuries as needed.
• Conducts safety meetings and ensures compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
