Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across property grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will lead the maintenance team, handle work orders, ensure safety compliance, manage inventory, and assist in budgeting. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge.
• Supervisory experience: 1-3 years leading teams.
• Apartment maintenance experience: 2-3 years preferred.
• Strong communication skills and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and evaluations.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Process work orders and perform repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and assist in budgeting for maintenance assets.
• Complete monthly Preventative Maintenance procedures.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
