Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform technical work ensuring building exteriors, grounds, and interiors meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role covers completing work orders, managing make-ready processes, and inspecting contractor work. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, relevant maintenance experience, and EPA certifications if applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools; safe use of hand/power tools required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively for operations.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and diagnose/build repairs per policy.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and schedule vendors.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory and assist with budget for repairs and capital projects.
