Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs, and support make-ready tasks for leasing, while coordinating with vendors and the Community Manager.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work with residents and team members in a fast-paced property environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related training.
• Experience in property maintenance.
• Own hand tools required unless prohibited by State law.
• Ability to read and follow policies and procedures.
• Customer service oriented and able to interact professionally with residents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform routine maintenance.
• Oversee the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds and common areas.
• Inspect workmanship for quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Oversee contractors and manage tool and supply usage within budget.
