Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform and oversee technical work ensuring community buildings, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role involves diagnosing resident requests, completing make-ready tasks, and coordinating with vendors to maintain high property standards. A high school diploma and hands-on trade experience are required, with EPA certifications preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
• Must provide own hand tools; safe use of hand/power tools required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and repair defects in apartments, grounds, and common areas.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units, coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; assist in budget adherence.
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Support safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal policies.
