Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a maintenance professional to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work for community facilities. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and maintain grounds and common areas to Greystar standards.

The role requires practical maintenance experience, tool proficiency, and strong customer service skills to support residents and protect property value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by state law; proficient with hand/power tools.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively; frontline interaction with residents.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and basic databases.
• Mathematical skills for handling financial, administrative, and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident service requests and perform routine maintenance per policies and codes.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant homes and coordinate vendors/contractors.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors; ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory and assist budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
• Support safety meetings and OSHA/MSDS compliance; respond to resident concerns.
