Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property upkeep, facilities, and common areas ensuring safety and quality. Lead maintenance staff, handle work orders, and maintain facilities to company standards.

You will manage preventative maintenance, inventory, and vendor relationships while supporting budget goals and safety initiatives. Strong leadership and knowledge of property management software are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• OSHA knowledge and MSDS regulations.
• Supervisor/management experience 1-3 years in maintenance.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Process work orders and resident service requests; diagnose and repair.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards and codes.
• Manage preventative maintenance and inventory within budget.
