Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site property maintenance across our communities. You will manage the maintenance team, review vendor work, and ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising Make Readies, addressing resident service requests, and helping with budget planning for maintenance and capital projects. Strong OSHA knowledge and PM discipline are required.

Qualifications

• High school level education required with OSHA/MSDS knowledge.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and handling work orders.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team, hire and train staff, and oversee Make Ready process.
• Diagnose and repair property defects per safety standards and code requirements.
• Monitor contractor work, keep inventory, and assist in budgeting for maintenance.
