Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the interior and exterior upkeep of our multifamily properties. You will manage the maintenance team, conduct interviews, hire and train new staff, and ensure Make Ready processes meet policy standards.

You'll diagnose and repair issues, order supplies with the Community Manager, monitor safety, and uphold quality across buildings, grounds, and amenities while maintaining budget controls.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA standards and MSDS knowledge; technical degree preferred.
• 1-3 years apartment maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications; Certified Pool/Spa Operator certificates; state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance team; conduct employee evaluations.
• Oversee Make Ready process per company policies and procedures.
• Diagnose, repair, and perform routine upkeep on property.
• Review work orders; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with Community Manager on supplies and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and training.
