Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property maintenance professional to oversee and perform technical tasks across the community. You will diagnose issues, repair equipment, manage make-readies for vacant units, and uphold Greystar’s high standards for safety and appearance.

The role requires technical maintenance experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotations. HVAC, tools, and PM tasks are part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Hand tools knowledge and safe use of tools and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for internal/external contacts.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs; PM system experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist and complete work orders and routine maintenance while following policies and safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling of vendors.
• Develop and maintain standards for cleanliness and appearance across grounds and units.
• Periodically inspect work by team members and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools; manage supplies within budget.
