Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure interior and exterior community upkeep, safety and quality. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and manage the make-ready process for vacant units, coordinating vendors when needed, while prioritizing resident service with urgency.

The role requires HVAC certification, maintenance experience, and strong customer service skills. The position involves safety compliance, budgeting support, and reliable on-site work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related training.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to read, write and follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs per policy and code.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and vendors.
• Inspect grounds, exteriors, amenities, and common areas for quality.
• Oversee safety, MSDS and OSHA compliance.
• Assist in budgeting for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to resident service requests with urgency.
