Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Atlanta to lead daily maintenance operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and manage the budget for the assigned property.

You will supervise the maintenance team, respond to service requests, and coordinate preventative maintenance while promoting safety and high resident satisfaction. This role emphasizes collaboration with property leadership and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field is preferred.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure upkeep of the property.
• Review service requests and track progress to identify chronic issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues following Avenue5 policies and maintain professional demeanor.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds as needed.
• Inspect property grounds and facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Manage emergencies and on-call rotation; communicate with property leadership.
