Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Atlanta to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure property upkeep in line with company policies and regulations. You will manage service requests, schedule unit make-readies, and supervise the maintenance team to deliver quality, timely work.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, overseeing safety, and supporting emergency response efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Work with the maintenance team to meet service requests and unit make-ready standards.
• Review service requests, track progress, and identify chronic issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per Avenue5 policies while remaining professional.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and grounds as needed.
• Maintain safety, inspect property grounds, and manage emergencies with the property manager.
