Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the community, coordinate service requests and preventive tasks, and supervise staff and vendors alongside the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include daily on-site presence, inspecting grounds, scheduling work, maintaining safety compliance, and managing inventory. Requirements: High School Diploma, EPA/CPO certs; HVAC a plus; basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; EPA/CPO certification required.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred; basic computer skills are expected.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, service requests, and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise staff and vendors; ensure safety standards are met.
• Coordinate on-site scheduling, inspections, and unit make-readies.
• Maintain records of service requests, OSHA standards, and warranties.
