Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations at our community, including service requests, preventive maintenance, staff supervision, and safety compliance. You will coordinate with the Community Manager and supervise vendors to ensure timely, quality repairs while maintaining records and budgets.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, EPA/CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs in common areas and units are completed.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features to minimize hazards.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain safe maintenance shop and comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff and monitor performance.
