Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for a community. You will supervise staff and vendors, ensure safety and OSHA compliance, and manage service requests and make-ready tasks with a focus on resident satisfaction.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, EPA/CPO certification, and HVAC knowledge. On-site work, with on-call responsibilities, and a strong emphasis on budget-conscious maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests for the community.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff and vendors.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance; participate in on-call emergencies.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and coordinate repairs.
• Manage maintenance inventory and budget in collaboration with the Community Manager.
• Keep accurate records of work orders, inspections, and make-ready status.
• Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction through responsive service.
