Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests and preventative maintenance, ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will work with the Community Manager, supervise staff and vendors, manage inventory, and coordinate make-ready tasks while delivering excellent resident service, with on-call coverage as needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Mansioni

• Maintenance Management.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory within budget.
• Supervise maintenance staff and on-call emergencies.
