Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, coordinating staff and vendors to keep property in excellent condition. Responsibilities include safety compliance, preventative maintenance, and timely response to service requests.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site work and on-call readiness are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic on-site software functions knowledge.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of staff and vendors.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazards.
• Maintain inventory and ensure budget adherence; support preventive maintenance program.
