Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all property maintenance, safety, and staff. You will manage service requests, coordinate work orders, and ensure high-quality repairs across units and common areas.

This role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws. On-site work is required with daily inspections and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and operate on-site software; basic computer skills expected.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests for the community.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management work orders.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety compliance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; monitor budgets and inventory.
• Ensure repairs in common areas and units meet quality standards.
• Perform daily inspections and promote safe work practices.
