Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across our communities. You will manage staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure top-quality repairs while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Strong oversight helps us protect assets and deliver excellent resident service. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect property daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory and manage budget-adherent supplies.
