Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our communities. You will oversee maintenance operations, schedule staff and vendors, ensure safety standards, and deliver responsive service to residents.

This role partners with the Community Manager to maintain property quality and compliance. Key duties include managing preventative maintenance, keeping accurate records, coordinating work orders, and guiding on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and on-site supervision of staff and vendors.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident management requests and work orders.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and safe property operations.
• Keep accurate service records and inventory, ensuring OSHA compliance.
