Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations of the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely service. You will coordinate requests, maintain preventative programs, and uphold OSHA guidelines while delivering exceptional resident relations.

Weekly on-site presence is required, with participation in emergency coverage and budget-conscious maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must understand on-site software functions and basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Manage maintenance inventory and budget adherence.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Supervise staff and vendors, train and schedule activities.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident relations.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and property walk-throughs.
