Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the physical upkeep of the community under the direction of the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, scheduling work orders, ensuring safety compliance, managing O&M programs, and coordinating with contractors. The role requires a strong safety culture, ability to be on call for emergencies, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Current Driver's License and CFC Certificate required or preferred for role.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under their direction.
• Hire and terminate employees per Drucker + Falk policy under Property Manager guidance.
• Counsel maintenance staff to improve performance and attitude; document accordingly.
• Establish schedules and assign routine maintenance tasks.
• Maintain 24/7 maintenance coverage and be on call for emergencies.
