Qualifications

• CFC certification and knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and train on tasks.
• Schedule and assign routine maintenance tasks.
• Ensure 24-hour emergency coverage and on-call readiness.
• Oversee safety meetings and enforce safety standards.
• Maintain records for O&M programs and compliance.
• Schedule contractors and obtain bids as directed.
• Maintain inventory, manuals, warranties, and parts.
• Ensure units are prepared for occupancy and repairs completed promptly.
