Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent in Ohio to oversee daily maintenance operations across a community. You will supervise maintenance staff, schedule work, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating with the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• HVAC certification and CFC certification are required.
• Supervisory experience in a maintenance team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under direction.
• Hire and terminate employees in line with Drucker + Falk policy and guidance from Property Manager.
• Ensure maintenance work orders are completed promptly and safety is prioritized.
• Maintain and operate all mechanical equipment and supervise maintenance staff.
• Schedule contractors, secure bids, and supervise on-site maintenance activities.
• Maintain safety programs, conduct monthly safety meetings, and ensure OSHA/SDS compliance.
