Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the physical upkeep of our communities. You will manage maintenance staff, operate mechanical equipment, and ensure timely work orders and occupancy readiness.

The role emphasizes safety, OSHA compliance, budget adherence, and coordination with the Property Manager, with on-call availability for emergencies and routine inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.
• Current Driver's License and CFC Certificate.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and SDS standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Hire, terminate, and counsel staff per policy.
• Ensure 24-hour maintenance coverage and emergency on-call readiness.
• Schedule contractors and obtain bids as directed.
• Maintain safety audits and monthly safety meetings.
• Keep accurate records for OSHA programs and compliance.
• Complete overdue maintenance and turn vacancies to occupancy.
