Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Driver's License and CFC Certificate.
• HVAC, CPO Certification, Plumbing Skills, Carpentry Skills, Electrical Skills. OSHA regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under his/her direction.
• Schedule and assign maintenance tasks; ensure coverage for emergencies.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for preventative maintenance and safety hazards.
• Maintain records for OSHA programs and related compliance.
• Keep inventory, purchase directives, and budgets in mind during maintenance work.
