Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is looking for a Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the community's physical upkeep and operate all mechanical equipment. You will supervise maintenance staff and coordinate preventive maintenance to keep buildings safe and functional.

This role requires safety leadership, on-call readiness for emergencies, and strict adherence to budget, purchasing policies, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills required
• CFC certification preferred; OSHA knowledge beneficial
• Ability to train and supervise staff and enforce safety standards

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise maintenance staff under your direction.
• Hire and terminate staff per Drucker + Falk policy.
• Counsel and document staff performance and attitudes.
• Establish schedules and assign maintenance tasks.
• Maintain emergency on-call readiness for emergencies and work orders.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with OSHA standards.
