Job summary

Drucker + Falk seeks a Regular Full-Time Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the upkeep of the community, supervise maintenance staff, and maintain all mechanical equipment. The role reports to the Property Manager and requires strong safety focus and compliance with OSHA programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, managing budgets, and maintaining records for O&M programs while ensuring vacancies are prepared promptly for occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience/training.
• Current Driver's License and CFC certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise maintenance staff; manage performance.
• Schedule, assign, and oversee routine maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Coordinate with contractors, secure bids, and manage budgets.
• Ensure on-call emergency maintenance coverage and quick response.
