Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations for a property, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will lead a maintenance team, manage service requests, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across the property.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other systems while maintaining budgets and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Review service requests and track progress; address chronic issues.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, carpentry, and related areas.
• Conduct weekly inspections of grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Manage emergencies and coordinate with property leadership and managers.
