Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily maintenance operations at our properties. You will ensure upkeep, safety, and compliance with company policies, while guiding a maintenance team to deliver high-quality service to residents.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, budget awareness, and strong coordination with property leadership to meet service levels and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and physical upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local/state/federal regulations.
• Manage work orders and track service requests to close within standards.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry and grounds.
