Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The role includes financial responsibilities toward the property budget and leading the maintenance team to meet service levels.

The position offers an 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday schedule with an hourly pay range of $25 to $29, and a comprehensive benefits package emphasizing physical, financial, and mental wellness for a dynamic property

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards.
• Review service requests and identify recurring issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per policy and maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, door/lock repair, and tile work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance including painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, and more.
• Manage work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction and review safety standards.
• Oversee property emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
