Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, ensure safety, and manage the property’s upkeep in coordination with management. You will oversee service requests, budget adherence, and preventative maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure service requests and unit turns meet standards.
• Review and track progress of service requests; identify chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per Avenue5 policy and maintain professionalism.
• Perform maintenance tasks: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds.
• Conduct pre-move in and post-move out inspections and ensure timely unit turns.
• Mentor maintenance team and monitor safety and risk management.
