Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance at the assigned property, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. You will manage service requests, coordinate with the maintenance team, and uphold safety and quality standards to protect residents and assets.

The role requires hands-on maintenance and carpentry skills, strong customer service, and the ability to mentor staff while managing costs within budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and ensure service requests are met.
• Review and track service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per Avenue5 policy and maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as required.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
