Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. You will manage repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more, while upholding safety standards and resident satisfaction.

You will mentor the maintenance team, monitor emergencies, and support property managers to maintain curb appeal and high service quality across assigned properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as guided by state guidelines.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to residents’ satisfaction.
• Conduct daily inspections of grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance; participate in on-call rotations.
• Mentor maintenance team and promote safety and risk management.
