Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills expected.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance functions across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance.
• Carry out general carpentry tasks: wallboard repair, cabinets, finish carpentry, window/door repair, tile work.
• Conduct preventive maintenance: siding, painting, lighting, sprinklers, pool, elevator maintenance.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify repair needs.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow, fires, floods) and after-hours on-call rotation.
• Communicate maintenance issues promptly to supervisor and property manager.
• Promote safety and risk management per company and regulatory requirements.
• Foster positive relations with residents and other properties; mentor maintenance team.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
