Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our communities. The role includes managing staff, coordinating service requests, and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA guidelines to maintain property quality.

Strong customer service and basic software proficiency are required. The position requires regular on-site attendance, weekend/on-call availability, and the ability to manage budgets and inventory while delivering excellent resident relations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features to identify hazards and ensure safety
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and adhere to budget guidelines
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce future repairs
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards across the community
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations and communicate effectively with residents
