Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, supervise staff, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role involves coordinating vendors, handling service requests, and maintaining thorough records of upkeep.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and familiarity with OSHA and Fair Housing basics. On-site availability and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desirable.
• On-site maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations for the community.
• Oversee service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Inspect grounds and structures daily to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and repairs.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage as needed.
