Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors under the Community Manager.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain inventory and budgeting per guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
