Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at one of its communities. You will supervise staff, manage requests, and ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, inspecting facilities, and maintaining a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life. The role requires on-site presence and strong customer service with residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee maintenance operations for the community.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to work orders and resident requests.
• Inspect and repair common areas and units to ensure safety and quality.
