Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance operations at the property, oversee staff and vendors, and ensure safety standards. The role emphasizes responding to service requests, preventative maintenance, and keeping records, while coordinating with the Community Manager to meet budget goals and provide excellent resident service.

The position requires regular onsite attendance, strong leadership, and a focus on customer service to maintain high resident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and on-site supervision.
• Coordinate and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life.
• Promote safety and OSHA compliance; train staff as needed.
• Assist Community Manager and supervise maintenance staff.
