Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at our community. You will supervise staff and vendors, manage work orders, uphold safety standards, and ensure repairs are completed on time within budget.

Regular on-site attendance is required and strong customer service is essential. Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, preventive maintenance, on-call emergencies, inventory control, and accurate recordkeeping for service requests and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and on-site staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features for hazards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and recordkeeping.
